Welcome to Anca coaching and wellness! We offer a variety of personal training services to help you achieve your fitness goals, including 1-1 training and downloadable training plans.

Policy

All personal training services are non-refundable.


Clients must consult with a doctor before proceeding with any personal training program or service.


Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being during all personal training sessions.


Clients must arrive on time for all personal training sessions. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and will not be refunded.


Clients must cancel personal training sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Anca Ward, your personal trainer reserves the right to modify or cancel any personal training program or service at any time.


1-1 Training

1-1 training is the most personalized and effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Your personal trainer will work with you to create a custom program based on your individual needs and goals. They will also provide motivation and support throughout your fitness sessions.

Downloadable Training Plans

Downloadable training plans are a great option for clients who want the flexibility to work out on their own time. Our training plans are designed by certified personal trainers and include a variety of exercises and routines to help you achieve your fitness goals.
